Job Title: Sales Consultant

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
  • Actively promote and sell the company's hair care and cosmetic products to salons, beauty parlors, and other relevant businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line to effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage to clients.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to propose strategies for increasing market share.
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Training and Product Launches:
  • Provide training and product knowledge sessions to clients and team members.
  • Support product launches and promotional events.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
