Work Hours : M-F, 9AM to 6PM Central time/ 10PM to 6AM Philippine time

Holidays : TBC

Pay Range : 800 - 1200 USD per month

Our client in the US is a local media company that values growth and collaboration. We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with potential clients and drive business growth.

Position Overview

As an SDR, your role is crucial in identifying and qualifying leads. You'll use various methods, like cold calling and email outreach, to generate qualified/convertible leads and work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Use various channels to find potential clients.
• Prospect Research: Understand potential clients' needs and challenges.
• Qualification: Assess if prospects are a good fit for our products/services.
• Communication: Clearly convey the value of our products/services.
• Commitment: Able to successfully set appointments with prospects
• Collaboration: Work with the sales team to transition qualified leads.
• CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key metrics to measure success.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of previous experience in sales development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Goal-oriented with a history of meeting targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
