Job Description - Sales Director

Company Description

HOMONYM is the premier music agency in the Philippines, specializing in Sonic Branding, Audio Production, Music Marketing and In-store Music. Our goal is to make brand experiences better with sound. We are headquartered in Makati and we're looking for a Sales Director to help us achieve our growth targets.

Role Description

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth. You will manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, and create a positive customer experience. You will oversee and ensure delivery of all client contracts (e.g., strategies, proposals, productions, activations) to achieve agreed upon revenue targets.

You will be working closely with the other departments of the company (Creative Strategy, Audio Production, Admin) to generate brand-harmonized and audience-tuned solutions.

This is a full-time hybrid role, which requires you to work partly from our Makati office and partly from home or elsewhere. There is a competitive commission scheme in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage/supervise all aspects of daily client communication and delivery of contract
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; escalate, track, and solve client issues
  • Managing budget, timelines and delivery management
  • Document all dealings, discussions and agreements with client
  • Clearly translate client requirements in written, internal briefs
  • Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs
  • Partner with internal functional teams in pre-sales engagement work, including developing proposals and campaign strategies that tie tightly with each client's initiatives and plans
  • Drive established goals across relevant KPIs and balance business yield focused with desired metrics
  • Identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendation of Homonym products and services
  • Deliver formal and informal presentations to clients as well as internal team members

Qualifications

  • #MustLoveMusic
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Music Business, Diploma of Project Management or related field
  • Sales and Business Development skills with experience in selling B2B solutions
  • Experience in Sales Operations/Tools (e.g, Hubspot) and Team Management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Has ready set of contacts/networks relevant to In-store Music (e.g., Retail), Sonic Branding, Audio Production and Music Marketing (Events, Activations)
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to create positive customer experiences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and with remote teams
