Hiring criteria

Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, and Advertising, Mass Communications or equivalent.

  • Contacts customers to arrange appointments and ensures all have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Handles urgent calls, emails and messages, answers customer queries, informs them of delays, arranges delivery dates, and schedules marketing events.
  • Handles orders by phone, email, or mail and checks the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Inputs orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Develops and maintains filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepares reports, and provides financial information to the finance department.
  • Makes the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  • Ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery of goods.
  • Responds to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Performs other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, and Advertising, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates can apply.
  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator will be an advantage.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • With excellent presentation and communication skills.
