As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will build a portfolio of clients by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new accounts in your focus industry. As client needs arise, you will identify opportunities to engage our network and position as a strategic talent partner. You will unlock the ability for your clients to assemble highly skilled, remote, technical teams that can execute sophisticated projects, and bring to bear the power of a blended workforce to ensure mission-critical business objectives are accomplished on time and under budget. Qualifications: ü Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. ü Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the educational publishing industry. ü Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. ü Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. ü Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. ü Fast learner with a passion for sales. ü Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. ü Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ü Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. ü Ability to travel as needed. Requirements: ü Proven track record in full-cycle sales of large, complex, multi-phase, managed technology projects to enterprise clients. ü A well-rounded understanding of emerging technologies and ability to have an informed discussion about software delivery and development concepts with prospective clients. ü Ability to build and execute territory plans that lead to consistent portfolio growth and a healthy pipeline. ü Proven success in prospecting, running virtual sales calls, and leading sales pursuits backed by a multidisciplinary team. ü Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal departments within enterprise accounts. ü Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segments. ü Identify potential customers, create relationships, and build customer networks for new business opportunities. ü Regularly monitor and analyse industry trends and market competition to align our strategies with market dynamics. ü Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer service) to achieve better results. ü Establish strong, long-term client relationships through regular contact and understanding their needs. ü Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our textbook solutions to prospective clients. ü Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. ü Liaise with the marketing department to ensure the products are branded and marketed in the best way possible.
