Real Estate Sales Manager
1. Supporting and helping build successful agents
2. Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property
3. Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
4. Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales
5. Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers
6. Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
7. Showing properties to potential buyers and renters
8. Teaching weekly training classes (live or virtual)
9. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
10. Preparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction
11. Hiring and training staff
12. Planning and directing sales team training
13. Working on sales scripts with agents
Requirement:
1. Should have at least 5 sellers (team)
