• Must be a college graduate with a bachelor's degree in business management
• With a diverse set of skills, including strong communication abilities, the ability to lead a team, a deep understanding of the product and service being sold, and the ability to analyze and interpret data
• At least 3 years of experience handling 10 or more people
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Telco, or any distribution business
• Must have a driver's license, be able to drive 2 or 4-wheel vehicles, and be willing to travel in assigned areas
• Must have a strong sense of confidentiality
