Sales Manager

Lgorithm Solutions seek a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and marketing or related industries and a proven track record of bringing in existing local clients and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
• Generating own leads and prospects.
• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided by your Head
• Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
• Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
• Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
• Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
• Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
• Main function is to do cold calling, lead generation and appointment setter.
• Familiar how the call center solutions set up in the system operations - optional.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel
• Manage the Sales Team and reach the quarterly quota assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Communications, IT, or any related field
• Proven experience in Sales
• Familiar in CRM, Dialer is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge and experience in using a dialer system is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel
• Established a network within the Sales and marketing community and a strong understanding of the industry.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
