Job Description - Sales Manager (BPO)

One of our client, a BPO company located in Quezon City is currently looking to hire a Sales Manager.

Work Set up: Onsite, Dayshift 

What you'll do:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets and goals. 
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. 
  • Identify and acquire new clients by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay ahead of the competition. 
  • Analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and generate reports to provide insights into sales performance and inform decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. 
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. 
  • Manage the sales department's budget effectively, including allocating resources and controlling expenses. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, strategies, and performance to drive business growth and success. 
  • Manage growth and achieve sales targets. 
  • Function as Quality Management Representative.

What you'll need:

  • Graduate of 4-year(s) course in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Similar 
  • Must have same background or experience as a Sales Manager in a BPO Settings Experience: 
  • 2-5 years Sales Manager (BPO) Skills: 
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. 
  • At least 2-5 years sales managerial experience in a BPO industry. 
  • Keen strategic thinking and planning. 
  • Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring 
  • Experience in sales forecasting and revenue generation
  • Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening. 
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good organization and time management. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment. 
  • In-depth knowledge of their industry.
