One of our client, a BPO company located in Quezon City is currently looking to hire a Sales Manager.
Work Set up: Onsite, Dayshift
What you'll do:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and generate reports to provide insights into sales performance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Manage the sales department's budget effectively, including allocating resources and controlling expenses.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, strategies, and performance to drive business growth and success.
- Manage growth and achieve sales targets.
- Function as Quality Management Representative.
What you'll need:
- Graduate of 4-year(s) course in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Similar
- Must have same background or experience as a Sales Manager in a BPO Settings Experience:
- 2-5 years Sales Manager (BPO) Skills:
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
- At least 2-5 years sales managerial experience in a BPO industry.
- Keen strategic thinking and planning.
- Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
- Experience in sales forecasting and revenue generation
- Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Good organization and time management.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of their industry.
