Our flagship product is the Qashier Smart Terminal, a connected, multi-purpose device that combines a cloud-based POS software, integrated payment acceptance and a proprietary app store in one uniquely designed device. About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be generating new leads, acquiring new merchants to help with the growth of our company, leading and managing teams.

What you will do:

Act as a trusted advisor to Business Development Managers (BDMs) in closing deals by recommending the best solutions, providing support, and working tactically with the team to achieve sales targets.

Lead and manage sales teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

Ensures that the team is equipped with resources to achieve their individual and team goals.

Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimise sales processes.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and trends for management review.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel motivated, supported, and empowered to excel.

What you have:

Degree or Diploma in any field

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/SaaS sales and/or POS and payments systems.

Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

Passionate about technology, fintech and the retail space

Strong interpersonal skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants

Outgoing with great communication skills

Highly driven with a strong willingness to learn

Able to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment
