SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Make follow-up on pending accounts for confirmation of Sales
• Monitor stock transfer and order forms
• Collaborate with the Head office on developing sales strategies to improve market presence
• Implement sales policies and procedures to ensure a standardized delivery of products and services
• Coordinate with the Head Office on establishment and changes of selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Assist in delegating assigned projects in a timely manner
• Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
• Submits daily sales reports to managements
• Create good customer relationship and establish a mutual business relationship
• Promotes store policies to customers
• Performs other task as maybe assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor/College course preferably Commerce
• With at least 3 years of Sales experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Great leadership skills with good oral and verbal communication skills and able to handle a dynamic team
• Highly analytical and well organized with strong decision-making and problem- solving skills
• Knows how to respond to market changes and can conceptualized strategies to cope-up.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good negotiation skills
