LOCATION: TAGUIG CITY

WORKING SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8-5PM

INDUSTRY: CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ( IMPORTED GLASS, STONES, PAINTS AND RENOVATIONS) SALARY: DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, WITH COMMISSION, PREFER MANILA APPLICANTS

Full Job Description Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to travel.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense control.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills by setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationship.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
• Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financial.

Needed Skills

• Excellent Management, Leadership and Team player Skills.
• No issue with domestic and regional travelling.
• Good communications skills
• Preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering and Architecture. With experience in selling engineering products
• With at least 5 years’ experience of selling engineering products is required
• With good technical understanding of engineering techiques
• Experience in Sales/Marketing in the construction materials industry a big advantage.
• Required 3 references once hired and 3 COE
