Job Description

- Sales and marketing of housing, or perform as broker
- Manage sales activities of brokers and agencies
- Communicate and follow-up with clients, in house architects and stakeholders to ease the project
- Timely report to sales and collection data to the accounting department
- Drafts and executes letter of intent, contract to sell, contract amendments, quitclaims, and deeds
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Requirement

- College graduate
- At least 3 year experience as a sales in real estate industry - Experience in housing developer or broker is a plus
- Basic knowledge and experience in real estate laws and regulations
