General Duties Detailed Duties Screens applicants
Conducts initial and exit interview
Processes requests for rehire and promotion
Collects pre-employment requirements
Initiates sourcing of applicants
Professional Eligibility Skills Must be keen to details and organized.
Education Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Psychology / Behavioral Science / Human Resource Management
Experience At least a year experience in recruitment.
Responsibility Handling of end-to-end recruitment for AVC group.
