Sales Representative

Position Title: Sales Representative (US)

Salary: 45,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: February 2024

Schedule: 8:45 PM - 5:45 AM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Display polite and professional communication via phone, email, and/or chat channels

• Manage support inquiries by clarifying customers requests and determining the root cause of issues

• Recommend potential solutions to problems, utilizing technical knowledge and understanding of customer needs

• Adhere to established scripts and protocols to enhance the customer experience and ensure consistency

• Communicate clearly and effectively with end users to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities, accurately documenting all relevant information

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing both sales and service support as needed

• Answer questions, analyze problems, and quickly formulate solutions to deliver high-quality service

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field is required

• Prior experience of 1-2 years in sales and/or service is required

• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with customers

• Good time management and task management skills to prioritize and handle multiple inquiries efficiently

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively

• Proficient computer and technical skills to navigate software systems and troubleshoot technical problems

• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently to resolve customer issues

• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and effective problem resolution
