Sales Secretary

Description:

• Assist in all sales admin related work of the Sales Department.
• Answer and route incoming calls, taking accurate messages for the Sales Department when necessary.
• Encode and print various reports and correspondence for the Sales Department.
• Assist Sales Agents with client accreditation requirements and bidding documents.
• Monitor and manage the movement, recording, and filing of quotations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related fields
• At least one year working experience in sales or secretarial work
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Must have good written and oral communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Have excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
• Willing to work in Ugong, Valenzuela City.
