In the case of oral healthcare practices, this means from patient onboarding and communication to waiting room management via treatment modules, invoicing, payments, statistics, multi-user agenda, accounting, and salary administration.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our client’s innovative dental software solutions to dental professionals and clinics. This position operates on a commission basis offering an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to contribute to the growth of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in meeting with prospective customers to showcase the product offerings, oversee the sales process, and deliver training to existing customers. While the primary mode of interaction will be remote sales, the Sales Specialist will also engage in face-to-face meetings with clients, especially when interest has been piqued. This approach will be particularly advantageous in Manila, where many potential clients are located, facilitating convenient onsite visits.

  • Conduct product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Provide training sessions to existing customers to optimize product utilization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • To assist the marketing team in creating relevant campaigns, conduct thorough market research to understand the target audience's preferences and behavior. Utilize customer feedback and industry trends to develop tailored content, and monitor ongoing campaign performance for continuous optimization.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on empathetic listening
  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and creating and managing sales pipelines
  • Experience in conducting product training or other types of training sessions
  • Experience in sales management is preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to be organized and manage time effectively

  • Willingness to learn quickly and embrace change
