Job Description - SMART VAs Sales Specialist

Start Date: Immediate

Schedule: US Time Zone, EST

Status: Full Time Independent Contractor

SMART VAs is a one-stop-shop virtual assistant agency offering a wide array of virtual assistant services through continuous collaboration with Savvy, Motivated, Adept, Responsible, and Trustworthy individuals.

As SMART VA, you must be creative and genuine in helping our clients complete their needs. You must be savvy, motivated, and adept in managing your client's projects and ensure that every output produced is backed by effective strategies and research. Ultimately, a SMART VA must be responsible and trustworthy regarding our relationships with our clients in terms of tasks and confidential matters.

JOB DETAILS

Qualifications:

  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Can work part-time EST hours (4 hours)
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Discovery Call to identify the Prospects' needs and position SMART VAs services
  • Document each call
  • Make outgoing calls to potential customers if necessary
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely manner if necessary.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting, and suggest additional services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
