Position : Software Sales Executive
Salary Range : USD 1250-1500 /month
Working Schedule : Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone, 40 hours per week

SPEDSTA provides software and services for organizations needing to manage transportation options for the elderly and persons with disabilities. Our customers include Medical Clinics/Hospitals, Senior Living Homes, NEMT, Community and Private Transportation Organizations. SPEDSTA provides the industry's most integrated, affordable and easy to implement dispatch scheduling software for organizations that need to coordinate drivers and other scheduled transportation options. We are seeking an entrepreneurial sales executive to directly impact our growth and play a critical role in understanding the sales cycle in our space, defining and executing our sales strategy. This person will generate new business through sales calls, in-house lead generation, software demos and ensure customer success. Spedsta has a hands-off managerial approach that is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys collaboration but can work successfully from home majority of the time. We look for people who are curious, inventive, hardworking and, above all, collaborative.
Responsibilities:
● You are an empathetic leader, passionate about both building and executing a go-to-market model with a mission-driven team
• Develop and continually optimize sales processes, methods, technologies, and programs that quantifiably improve results. Test new strategies in software sales, pricing, on-boarding, and retention
● Handle and execute the full sales cycle from prospect, lead generation to close. Manage, develop and maintain customer relationships and trusted partnerships that will optimize profitability, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Build a reproducible revenue model. Set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline generation, accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts. Set specific quarterly or annual sales goals
● Manage and resolve customer or business problems and roadblocks.
● Monitor sales activities to ensure progress in sales close cycle and act promptly on areas that require attention and correction
