Job Description - Strategic Sales Consultant [Pampanga]

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cross Functional Relationship

Coordinate cross-departmentally with Growth Division, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support to translate demand into critical infrastructure/capacity requirements. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers, generate, and manage relationships with critical local partners and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes.

  • Operational Excellence

Understanding the sales cycle for Sprout’s products and services. Manage own pipeline of prospects from lead generation to paying clients. Create a database of prospects and target customers with complete contact information. Complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and understand their needs. Supported by in-house training and support, a Sales Consultant is an expert to clients over value propositions, products, and services. Conduct product demonstrations encompassing both technical and non-technical aspects of the product offer. Create and send new offers, do all the follow-ups, close the deal. Maintain accurate and complete customer records, and activity pipeline reports with Hubspot and other CRM tools. Discuss and understand new requests from active customers, give feedback to the Product Managers, and give solutions to the client. Achieve and report on key KPIs agreed, report to the Head of Geo-Expansion weekly

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in a Strategy/Sales Operations role in an Enterprise Software firm
  • Experience with geographic/product expansion
  • Demonstrated program and project management skills, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects
  • Strong quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Able to develop relationships and collaborate at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present effectively to senior management
  • Self-directed and able to effectively manage ambiguity
  • Ability to motivate change and lead through influence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexibility in working hours to support business operations
  • Ability to travel domestically require
