Telemarketer - Appointment Setter / Outbound Specialist (Night Shift/Remote)

Fast-growing IT Company based in the U.S. is looking for a results driven, tenacious, motivated and energetic Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to provide support to company’s sales and marketing team by calling prospective clients, who can handle volumes of outbound calls.

The ideal candidate is able to use their business knowledge to engage potential clients and increase sales through cold calling, with good time management skills, and with the ability to tailor-fit their “call to action” statements according to the client’s interests and goals. This position requires with or without prior sales experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cold call and identify prospective clients using a given phone directory to sell products or services or working from scripts and lists of contacts to promote products and services through phone or any other platforms. 
• Schedule appointments or sales consultations between interested prospects and the clients.
• Send out invites to the interested prospects and the customer.
• Persuade and influence prospective clients to buy services by following a prepared script, give service and product information and by demonstrating how our software products and services meet their needs.
• Recording notes for follow-up action and updating databases or CRM to reflect changes to the status of each customer.
• Maintaining statistics of calls made and successes achieved.
• Receiving calls and providing information and basic customer support.
• Submit call report, daily basis on number of dial outs, contacts, and call backs to direct report.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements 

• College Degree
• Heavy emphasis on cold-calling
• Must have high energy and the ability to pinpoint qualified leads using lead qualification criteria.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with clients.
• Ability to learn and absorb materials quickly
• Can withstand pressure and possess a POSITIVE, “CAN DO” Attitude
• Can work with a minimal or without supervision
• Good work ethics
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
• Persistent and Results- oriented
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to Track Leads with accuracy,
• Product Knowledge, interested in selling IT products and services
• Should be well versed with basic computer and internet processes.
• At least 10 Mbps internet speed, a reliable computer, noise-canceling headset
• System Requirements: Must have 30MB/s Download, 10Mb/s Upload
