UK Sales Advisor

Skills Required:

• Experience in Customer Support
• Background in Sales, including upselling
• Familiarity with the Fabric/Textile Industry
• Ability to create personalized messages, emails, and calls that establish a personal connection with customers, rather than just following a template or script.
• Knowledge of Ticketing Tools such as Halo, Zendesk, etc.
• Tech savvy – someone that can easily pick up any tools or software.

What will you do

• To provide a personable and efficient, professional customer service.
• Maximize, with the support of your manager all sales opportunities.
• Ensure that customer payments are made on time, accurately recorded and securely processed.
• Dealing with customer complaints in a sympathetic manner.
• Answer customer queries in a timely, professional yet personalized manner advising and assisting the customer of the status of their order, providing advice on fabric selection and quantities required and taking sample requests.
• Chasing suppliers as necessary and updating customers.
• Providing made to measure quotes for our bespoke curtain and blind options to customers.
• Liaising with our courier company, sorting out delivery queries.
• Work closely with your counterpart to ensure that the phone/email/live chat is always monitored during periods of absence and is never left unattended during normal working hours.
• Always ensure good communications with team members.
