We will be filling 10-15 Unit Head positions in the next 3 months to help grow our presence in Metro Manila and the surrounding areas.

Job Description

• Source, recruit and develop your own team of Financial Advisors
• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to drive accomplishment of team targets
• Monitor team Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent work experience
• Strong Supervisory/Management experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Self-starter
• Experience in sales, marketing or finance is an advantage but not required
• Willing to travel to Makati for meetings and/or trainings (1 to 2 times a week)
• Full-time
