As a crucial part of our team, you'll be the voice connecting with our leads, utilizing your convincing skills to qualify and seamlessly set them up with appointments. These interactions aren't cold calls; they're opportunities to showcase your organization, persuasive English communication, and an appetite for learning. What We're Looking For:

You're self-driven, coachable, and a relationship-building expert.

You have a knack for simplifying complex topics, all while possessing sales experience in phone-based customer service.

Your commitment to long-term growth aligns perfectly with our vision, and you're equally comfortable working autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.

About Us:

AddMedia NYC is a leading North American digital marketing agency specializing in dental practices. We empower dental clinics across the United States & Canada through our cutting-edge Virtual-Practice Program.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to new lead inquiries via phone and text

Skillfully qualify leads based on our standards through persuasive communication

Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and convincingly schedule appointments with our medical clients

Nurture leads, providing ongoing support until they're appointment-ready

Engage in continuous training sessions with our Executive Team

You Are:

Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English

Self-motivated and focused while working remotely

Equipped with a reliable internet connection and a high-speed computer

Enthusiastic about building relationships and assisting customers

A clear and concise communicator, especially with intricate topics

Eager to craft a long-term sales career within our organization

Capable of following instructions and embracing coaching

Skilled in both independent and team-based work dynamics

Experienced in phone-based customer service or sales

Tech-savvy and comfortable with various digital tools and platforms

Compensation:

$960-$1,350 per month for Full Time

+ Multiple Bonuses, so we can reward our A-players :)


Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Possible evening schedule (pending on a case-to-case basis)
