AEM Specialist

Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig What is the Job all about The AEM specialist for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) ensures the utilization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to deliver the best possible website UX, according to strategies, marketing plans, target groups and personas in the Central and Eastern Europe countries. This role will be directly reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager in Germany supported by a local Team Lead, and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City. Your main responsibilities:

• Deployment - Secure deployment of new and updated content in the CEE markets in coordination with the group marketing team as well as the local team members.
• Maintainance - Maintain all DBS website content in the CEE countries in coordination with the group marketing team as well as the local team members. Finding and removing old and outdated content.
• Consultant - Be sparring partner to other members of the CEE marketing team relating UX, design, content and other relevant aspects. This includes a continuous research for technical improvements, Adobe updates and website trends.
• Website integration - Ensure the seamless integration of the website in the digital customer journeys. Adjustment within a tight collaboration together with the other marketing specialists for SEO, Marketing Automation and Social Media.
• Communication - Adressing errors, technical requests and new requirements to the Digital marketing excellence team.
• Workflow - Taking care and improvement of processes in the cooperation with Group marketing team and local team members

Your background:

• Masters' degree in business, IT, marketing, Digital media or equivalent
• High level of digital understanding
• Hands-on experience with CMS systems and website management
• Experience in working with Mar keting Tech nology is favorable but not a requirement:
  
• Adobe Experience Cloud and Marketo
• P rogramming language like HTML and CSS
• Graphic Editors and handling files
• O ther tools (Analytics, Tag Managers, CDPs, Digital Advertising Platforms)
  
• Understands digital customer behavior, buying behavior and how to work with customer journeys and customer experience management
• Experience from working within a Global B2B organization with many stakeholders is desairable
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
