Role Summary The Business Analyst role is a key role in delivering value to our customers via delivering our expense management and reporting service offerings. In addition to customer facing responsibilities this role will serve internal customers with analysis of various data sets, reporting, automating data flows via ETL processes, examining areas for business improvement with research, design and implement responsibilities. Azure and PowerBI experience a must. The list of key accountabilities below is not an exhaustive list but should give a clear understanding of the types of accountabilities this role entails. As part of the role, this will further be developed collaboratively and signed off by your line manager. It is expected that employees will be flexible in their approach as business needs change. Recurring Tasks
1.1 Expense Management Execute ETL packages daily to generate and manage unbilled alerts Provide customer facing reports with detailed analysis and emphasis on delivering maximum value to customers 1.2 Recurring Tasks Device Health reporting for Onsite Delivery clients Maintain/Refresh/Population of Client SLA Dashboards L10 Reporting and Support 1.3 Information Management Customer Onboarding/Offboarding in Mobile Mentor's chosen Direct Dial solution (Zendesk/BVoIP) Customer Onboarding/Offboarding in Mobile Mentor's chosen PSM (Zendesk/Datto) 1.4 Project Support Execute project requirements within MM's framework 2. Internal reporting / support Provide ad-hoc reporting and project support[NF1] as required 3. Business Improvement Review / Create documentation of existing and new processes Develop and maintain automation / streamlining for repetitive tasks either conducted by your role or the team 4. Operational - General General operational responsibilities as directed by line managers Manage escalations in a timely manner, with fact-based investigation, and provide both an internal and external incident reports as required Drive continual improvement by collaborating with your line manager and peers Provide recommendations where improvements can be made to improve services and pro-actively seek areas for reducing the cost to deliver.
