Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with process mapping and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including regular engagements in MS Teams cals and phone calls
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• High level of experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is mandatory
