CAD Drafter

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. is an outsourcing company with clients throughout the United States based in Cebu City, Philippines. Over 300 employees work for us in various fields, and we are rapidly growing. Were looking for a CAD Drafter who can draft and maintain facility records and designs utilizing computer-aided drafting systems. Converses with engineers and other subject matter experts to interpret design concepts. This is a full-time role, night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT), and on a Work in office (WIO) work set-up. Job Responsibilities

• Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and prints.
• Prepare engineering drawings for client sites to address facility modifications, expansions, and other changes due to business or environmental conditions.
• Confer with designers, engineers, and other staff members to resolve problems and create construction documents.
• Evaluate projected goals and provide engineering design options to meet those goals.
• Provides written and oral status reports to management on assigned projects on a regular basis.
• Identify and provide solutions to any project issues impacting the project schedule, budget, or design requirements.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• Must be proficient with drawing software tools such as AutoCAD and other Geomedia platforms.
• Must have actual working experience in a Telecom company.
• At least a year of experience permitting work in the road right-of-way, reading, and developing permit drawings. (Preferred but not required).
• Must be willing to work office based 9/F 1Nito Tower, Archbishop Reyes Ave., Cebu City
