Job Description - Case Study Developer

Job Summary You will hold a crucial position in remotely analyzing data from patients who transferred facilities through remote monitoring system Job Description As a Clinical Outcomes & Insights Nurse, you will hold a crucial position in remotely analyzing data from patients who transferred out of Skilled Nursing Facilities through our state-of-the-art remote monitoring system. Your expertise and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of clinical quality, fostering continuous clinical process improvement and ultimately enhancing patient care. Responsibilities
Remotely review EHR data of patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities using our FDA-cleared contactless patient remote monitoring system.
Identify whether a transfer out was preventable or non-preventable based on certain criteria.
Create reports that capture main insights from these transfer out reviews and escalate to the Clinical Operations Team.
Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies while handling patient data.
Contribution to other mission-critical tasks and priorities as needed
Requirements
Experience working as an Registered Nurse
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment completing multiple tasks. Startup mentality.
Experience working with EHR (Electronic Heath Record)
Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills
Amenable to work or graveyard/night shift
Additional Information
Work Location: Homebased
Work hours: M to F, 11pm to 8am Manila time
