What you will do:

• Responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance documentation including but not limited to the compliance calendar, regulatory registrations, regulatory correspondence, and related party transactions.
• Coordinate with frontline business units for the timely submission of HQ reports and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate with Compliance sub-units in the creation and finalization of reports for sub-board committees, Sr Management, Board committees and the BoD.
• Assists the Regulatory Compliance Manager and business units in the conduct of necessary regulatory impact assessments, for new products introduced under PAP, and use such assessment results to develop, formulate, recommend the appropriate controls.
• Create and maintain training, communication and awareness materials on financial consumer protection and general compliance matters.
• Review processes and other internal documents which impacts regulatory compliance, as required by the business

What you should have:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree.
• Has a good command of the English language, both in speaking and in writing.
• Regulatory Specific: Knowledge and experience in the regulatory environment in of the banking/financial industry.
• Familiarity with the MORNBFI and BSP issuance
• Experience in developing and assessing policies, processes and controls that minimize risk, and ensure compliance
