Compliance Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1-year experience as Compliance Staff or equivalent role
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Highly organized
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Experience in auditing and quality assurance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring of all operational processes and procedures
• Develop and review company policies
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to compliance issues
• Regularly audit company procedures and documents
• Provide reports on regular basis to keep management informed of the progress of compliance
