Corporate Communication Associate

Job Requirements: At least 4 years experience in communications, public relations, branding or related in a real estate business Has strong interpersonal and people skills Exceptional verbal and communication skills Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms Ability to manage multiple/simultaneous projects Prior experience or familiarity with media relations and corporate social responsibility Hardworking, persistent and dependable Computer literate Trustworthy Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement communication strategies to build brand awareness, affinity, relevance, and diffrentiation.
2. Internal and External Communications: Manage the development and dissemination of company news and other corporate communication materials, including management of our corporate communication channels.
3. Media and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relations with the various audiences of the company's public relations initiatives.
4. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Oversee the implementation of the company's CSR programs.
