Job Description - Cost Control Manager

Job Description

Define minimum and maximum stock levels, par stock management systems and ensure the compliance with the relevant departments.
Ensure all goods received and delivered in and out of the hotel stores are properly documented and accounted for.
Reconciles any discrepancies of inventories in actual and book accounts.
Conducts spot check inventory in the bar and storeroom to ensure compliance with standard storing and issuing procedures and par stock of each items are strictly maintained
