The Data Analyst is responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement relational databases, data entry portals and report generators that will improve the overall efficiency of data submission/collection and management reporting
• Design dashboards and develop report generators for a wide variety of performance data and users
• Develop data dictionaries from existing documentation of performance measures
• Work with the functional team to address any deficiencies in user data and documents
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Develop a data management procedure to create new and update/ maintain all the historical data for ready reference

Qualifications

• Proficient in data mining and analytics using SQL, MS Access, and various tools such as Qlik View, Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets etc.
• Advance experience in Excel (Macros and VBA scripting)
• Experience in extracting, transforming and porting data from source systems to data analytics platform(s) and reports
• Good working knowledge in managing a large volume of data, combined with some flair in designing dashboards that visualize the data
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
