Job Description - Data Reporting Analyst

Position Overview: As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments, including Recruiting, Client Services, Payroll & Accounting, Human Resources, and Executive teams, to design and create reports, visuals, and dashboards. Leveraging your expertise in business development software, you will develop and maintain reporting resources to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making across the organization. This is a fully onsite role based in Cebu, Central Visayas, with overnight hours to cater to US time zones (9pm PHT to 6am PHT). Responsibilities:
Design and create reports, visuals, and dashboards for stakeholders across all departments.
Develop a deep understanding of processes, metrics, and controls within the Reporting and Analytics Team.
Collaborate with Recruiting Managers, Client Relationship Executives, and other departmental leaders to design new reports and enhance existing ones.
Utilize PowerBI Desktop and Online to develop new visuals and modify existing reports.
Provide guidance to end users on self-serve/stock reports within the internal database.
Conduct report training sessions for new and existing employees.
Create and maintain ETL/Data Flows from multiple sources to automate report refreshing.
Work with the Business Reporting & Analytics Director to ensure accuracy and validity of reporting resources.
Assist in data validation of new and existing reports.
Ideal Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Power BI or other related business intelligence software.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide sound recommendations.
High degree of personal accountability and emotional intelligence.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage collaborative projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
2-5 years of experience in reporting, Excel, or supporting databases for business support and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Hours 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. PHT, to support United States-based Clients.
This role operates full-time in the office.
