Delivery Manager - Projects

Job description

Responsibilities:

· Project Planning and Execution:

a. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Oracle SaaS projects.

b. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and meet project milestones.

· Client Relationship Management:

a. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing client concerns promptly.

b. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

· Team Leadership:

a. Lead and motivate onshore project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

b. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.

· Risk Management:

a. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.

b. Proactively manage project risks and resolve issues to minimize impact on project timelines.

· Quality Assurance:

a. Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

b. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree.

· Proven experience as a Delivery Manager for Oracle SaaS projects.

· Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS applications and technologies.

· Excellent project management and leadership skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle SaaS certification.

Previous experience in public sector/healthcare.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php125,000.00 - Php166,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
