Digital Marketing Officer

Overview of the role

We are looking for a passionate marketing professional who will be responsible in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across all channels. A well-rounded individual who is strong in social digital marketing planning and execution as set in the Digital Marketing Plan.

Key accountabilities

• Support the Digital Marketing Team in creating best in class booking and E-Commerce experience that drives room bookings and revenue while demonstrating differentiated brand values.
• Develop compelling and impactful digital creative and marketing campaigns
• Utilization of all brand marketing tools in support of all digital marketing campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KRA)
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

General Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management, 1 to 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing in the hospitality sector or related field. Open to fresh graduates who are tech savvy and open to learn
• Demonstrate technical know-how to creating and managing ad campaigns across platforms such FB, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Analytical acumen to be able to analyze data for all digital marketing campaigns.
• Effectively work with the design team, brand marketing team, and Ecommerce team of the group in day-to-day execution of digital campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytical tools that are up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
