Emergency Maintenance: Provide rapid response to urgent maintenance issues, minimizing downtime and safety risks.
Warranty Management: Track and manage warranties for all equipment, ensuring repairs and replacements are claimed when applicable.
Facility Improvement Projects: Lead the planning and execution of facility upgrades and renovations to enhance functionality and efficiency.
City Expansion Office: Manage the development and setup of new office spaces in line with company expansion plans.
Power and Water Usage Management: Monitor consumption, analyze usage patterns, and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization.
Energy Savings Program: Develop and oversee programs aimed at reducing energy costs and promoting sustainability.
Warranty Management (Non-IT Equipment): Oversee the warranties of kitchen and office equipment, ensuring maintenance and replacement are handled within the warranty terms.
Kitchen Equipment and Machine: Manage the maintenance schedule and service contracts for kitchen equipment and machinery.
Non-IT Equipment and Machines: Maintain a schedule for the upkeep and replacement of non-IT equipment.
Office Amenities: Ensure the maintenance and functionality of office amenities, enhancing the working environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building control systems.
Ability to manage and oversee building repairs and maintenance.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other teams and vendors.
