Fleet Staff

Job Descriptions: Assist in the management of daily fleet operations and monitoring driver Improve operational processes that directly translate into higher delivery performance metrics Deep dive into fleet utilization and route planning, working closely with management and in-house team to improve route optimization. Assist in the prioritization and planning of local fleet daily operations and flexible capacity growth strategy Conceive new and improved analytics models and work on existing data gathering and analytics tools, to ensure thorough visibility across the operational spectrum of parcel transportation Provide leadership to Delivery Assistants and resolve issues or concerns faced by them Work closely with Delivery Assistants in planning their routes to ensure professional, hassle free and efficient delivery Monitor day-to-day operations and team’s performance; provide reports to the managementCommunicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways to improve the customer experience Review and analyze work processes and work schedule information (e.g., exception reports, volume delivered/hour, km driven, hours worked, accidents, etc.) to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance Help develop strategies to achieve performance goals, and identify opportunities within the ecommerce industry Work closely with the Warehouse Team to perform analysis of our inventory and help ensure we are: 1) utilizing our inventory effectively, 2) purchasing the right equipment, 3) maintaining solid inventory data, and 4) reducing sub-rental expensesSupport inside and on road operations with any additional task that maybe required. Qualifications :

• Graduate of four year course
• With experience in the same role is a plus
• With motorcycle and drivers license
• Good decision making skill
• Willing to work in Paranaque City
