Job Description: We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer proficient in React to join our remote team. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the design, functionality, and features of our AI report generation and writing software. This position offers the opportunity to work on a partially finished application in its Beta stage, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Utilize JavaScript React Framework and Material UI to implement changes aimed at improving application design, functionality, and introducing new features.
Interface with REST APIs to fetch and manipulate data, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
Adhere to established design standards for CSS and HTML, maintaining consistency and coherence throughout the application.
Manage tasks and track progress through Jira, participating in biweekly teleconference calls to evaluate project status and discuss any necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure responsive design across various devices and resolutions, including desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces.
Conduct automated page testing using unit testing methodologies to enhance application robustness and reliability.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in JavaScript React Framework and experience with Material UI components.
Strong understanding of CSS, HTML, and responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub, including branch management, pull and push operations, and version control best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with REST API integration and understanding of frontend-backend interactions.
Prior experience in automated testing and familiarity with testing frameworks is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
