Position Title: HR Generalist
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Team
Date: April 2024
Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Use company software and other tools to assist with the management of payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses and leaves of absence
Update employee information database with current documentation and run regular compliance reports for leadership
Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
Review and analyze employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience to leadership
Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety
Oversee employee labor and HR federal laws and regulations to assure compliance with State regulations
Review resumes during hiring processes and update employee databases
Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes
Plan onboarding strategies and schedule new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience
Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster positive employer-employee relations
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives
Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements, staff licensure and certifications and conducting investigations
Work with Branch leadership to arrange seminars, workshops, additional HR training, and conferences based on each Branch's needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or staffing environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
