Job Description - Industrial Cybersecurity, Senior Manager

Key Accountabilities & Activities Key Accountabilities & Activities
Develop and design robust cybersecurity architectures for OT systems, considering the unique requirements and constraints of industrial environments.
Oversee and recommend network security measures for OT environments, including firewalls, intrusion detection/ prevention systems, and secure communication protocols.
Conduct regular security assessments of OT systems to identify and rectify vulnerabilities, ensuring ongoing compliance with security policies and standards.
Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies and measures to enhance the cybersecurity posture of OT systems.
Define and implement security policies and procedures specific to OT, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for operational technology (OT) environments.
Proven experience in conducting OT Cybersecurity Risk assessments.
Deep understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and protocols.
Deep understanding of OT culture and soft skills with operational stakeholders
Strong knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks, risk management frameworks, an compliance standards relevant to OT.
Strong expertise on 62443 and Saudi NCA regulations
Familiar with SABSA
Ability to develop and implement OT security policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Team building skills are imperative.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant to understanding the technical aspects of cyber threats. Desirable professional certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA).
