Job Description - Interface Manager

Key Accountabilities & Activities Key Responsibilities
Act as the key interface between the NEOM airports team and internal and external stakeholders (Airlines, airport operators, government authorities, customers) for communicating planning and development impacts to stakeholder.
Actively engage and collaborate with and capture proponent development plans to effectively collaborate and communicate with external stakeholders.
Actively engage and collaborate with and capture external stakeholder requirements to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Mitigate risk and impact of airports planning and development plans to airport stakeholders through effective collaboration with external stakeholders.
Actively forge and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders sensitively while maintaining the highest level of integrity and positive representation of NEOM.
Effectively manage competing interests and proactively manage and escalate where required.
Support the delivery of developments in a technically complex environment while complying with the highest levels of safety and environmental responsibilities.
Ensure proponent and stakeholder requirements are captured and implemented during the ORAT and commissioning phases of development.
Responsible for the development of packs and materials and communicating these to external stakeholders for the purpose of communicating complex matters in a simple way.
Work closely with the operations team in ensuring proponent and airport stakeholder requirements are met during planning, development and live operations.
Proactively ensure development impacts are communicated, managed and where possible mitigated by collaborating with operations teams.
Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Management experience (preferable in aviation related role)
Understanding of airport regulations, operating procedures and standards
Evidence of working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Excellent people management skills including coaching, leadership, and development
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent relationship building skills across multiple stakeholder groups with competing interests.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management (or any related field)
MBA or Business -related master's degree a plus (attending/completed)
Additional industry certifications (e.g., IATA) is a plus
