Job Sum mary:

As an IT Systems Engineer specializing in project implementation you will play a crucial role in the design deployment and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure for the clients. Working closely with project managers stakeholders and crossfunctional teams you will ensure the successful execution of IT projects adhering to project timelines budgets and quality standards.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
  
• Design configure and implement IT systems and infrastructure solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
  
• Conduct system integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
  
• Develop and maintain project documentation including system designs implementation plans and technical specifications.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and thirdparty service providers to procure necessary hardware software and services.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.
  
• Action level 3 service desk tickets and overflow BAU Tickets
  
• Participate in project meetings status updates and postimplementation reviews to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer or similar role with a focus on project implementation.
  
• Indepth knowledge of IT systems networks and infrastructure components.
  
• Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using technologies such as virtualization cloud computing networking and storage.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients stakeholders and team members.
  
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CCNA MCSE AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.
  
• Strong Technical Background (preferably Windows and VMWare ESXi)
  
• Preferred experience with ConnectWise Automate
  
• Previous MSP Experience with Project implementations experience. (Required)
  
• Ability to formulate innovative solutions
  
• Experience defining and supporting technical solutions for clients
  
• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science would be an advantage

Setup and Location: WFH/Remote

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
