Job Description - Leasing Executive

Responsibilities: As a Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our leasing operations and handling significant transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass the following:

  1. Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  2. Market available spaces through various channels, including online listings, signage, and outreach efforts.
  3. Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours.
  4. Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the leasing industry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • With more than 3 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a leasing team.
  • In-depth understanding of leasing processes, market dynamics, and property valuation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Based in Metro Manila or willing to be relocated in Metro Manila
