Leasing Officer

We are looking for dedicated and results-driven Leasing Officer with a proven track record in commercial leasing. Adept at identifying and securing profitable leasing opportunities while ensuring tenant satisfaction. Demonstrated expertise in negotiating favorable lease terms, conducting market analysis, and cultivating positive tenant relationships. Seeking to contribute my skills and experience to a dynamic commercial real estate team, driving property success and exceeding leasing objectives. Key Responsibilities

1. Actively seek out and attract potential tenants for commercial properties within the portfolio.
2. Market available spaces to prospective tenants through various channels.
3. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants, ensuring favorable terms for the property owner.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competition, and pricing in the commercial real estate market.
5. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote vacant commercial spaces.
6. Create and distribute marketing materials showcasing available properties.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants to ensure tenant satisfaction and lease renewals.
8. Prepare and review lease agreements and other necessary documentation.
9. Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal requirements and industry regulations.

1. Must be a Bachelor's degree in Real estate or any business related course.
2. With at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or leasing.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Thorough knowledge of lease documentation and legal aspects of leasing agreements.
5. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to building and nurturing relationships.
