JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers to recognize any potential issues, assess risks, and resolve issues before the new software is complete.
• Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Smoke Testing, Exploratory Testing and Regression Testing
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and record test results
• Report bugs accurately and concisely
• Work with project managers in creating, validating, and understanding requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create Test Plans and Test Cases
• Create Bug and Issue Reports
• Provide guidance to internal and client teams during user acceptance testing

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Expertise in Performance Testing tools using Apache JMeter
• Preferably Knowledgeable in UI Automation Testing (Selenium)
• Preferably has experience in using Jira or similar tools
• Knowledgeable of API Testing 
• Preferably has been exposed to different types of testing in project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile-Scrum
• Can start within 30 days or less
• Should have a good internet connection for a work-from-home set-up
