Job Description - Marketing Program Specialist

Position Summary: The Marketing Program Specialist is a driving force behind the flawless execution of the Program Management Excellence (PME) process, spearheading the creative development of impactful campaigns, content, and digital assets on behalf of the Program Management Office (PMO). Collaborating closely with regional integrated campaign teams, media teams, and global enablement teams, they play a pivotal role in seamlessly extending localized campaign content across diverse marketing channels to generate revenue. The Marketing Program Specialist possesses an understanding of campaign content strategy and its connection to activating paid media. They assist with developing streamlined processes and bridge the gap between campaign strategy and tactical asset development. This role is based in Bangkok Thailand. Employees are expected to work from the office. Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
  • Successfully executes marketing requests from inception to final execution via the PMO. Ensures timely completion and delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Partners closely with Solution Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Directors, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Collaborates with Program Managers and the Director of the Program Management Office to prioritize projects based on business objectives and potential ROI.
  • Develops and manages detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring efficient project tracking and resource allocation.
  • Provides regular updates on the status of all projects, offering real-time visibility into progress and potential challenges.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves obstacles and roadblocks that could hinder project completion, ensuring projects stay on track and on time.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
  • At least one 3 to 5 years of demonstrated program and project management experience using tools like Wrike, Jira, Workfront, etc. Experience in B2B preferred.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for conveying project goals, progress, and updates to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, positive attitude, and authentic curiosity for continuous learning and personal development.
