Qualifications:

  • A Graduate of Chemical Engineering, BS Material Engineering or any related course.
  • Applicants with experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Embodies high sense of professionalism and can multi-task.
  • Process-oriented and strong analytical skills, has a keen eye for details and improvement.
  • Can work with minimal supervision, willing to do overtime, adjust work schedule as the need arises.
  • Highly proficient in both oral and written English language communication.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Fast learner and self-initiated individual.

Position Objectives:

  • Responsible to gather, process, and evaluate material data to monitor restricted substances in Lear Corporation's product in compliance with environmental legislations from different parts of the world.
  • Acquires immediate customer feedback on quality and timeliness of work output, analyzes the feedback and develop improvement ideas.
  • Support Lear's goal and policy on responsible materials sourcing due diligence.
  • Reporting and coordination with project teams within Lear organization.
  • Communicate with suppliers on a regular cadence to meet data collection objectives.
  • Able to attend discussions and collaboration with international industry membership work groups.
