Qualifications:
- A Graduate of Chemical Engineering, BS Material Engineering or any related course.
- Applicants with experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Embodies high sense of professionalism and can multi-task.
- Process-oriented and strong analytical skills, has a keen eye for details and improvement.
- Can work with minimal supervision, willing to do overtime, adjust work schedule as the need arises.
- Highly proficient in both oral and written English language communication.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Fast learner and self-initiated individual.
Position Objectives:
- Responsible to gather, process, and evaluate material data to monitor restricted substances in Lear Corporation's product in compliance with environmental legislations from different parts of the world.
- Acquires immediate customer feedback on quality and timeliness of work output, analyzes the feedback and develop improvement ideas.
- Support Lear's goal and policy on responsible materials sourcing due diligence.
- Reporting and coordination with project teams within Lear organization.
- Communicate with suppliers on a regular cadence to meet data collection objectives.
- Able to attend discussions and collaboration with international industry membership work groups.
