Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager with a strong background in Distribution logistics, Last-mile delivery, Storage and Warehousing, E-commerce fulfillment, Cross-dock services, and Cargo B2B business to join our team. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing group sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the specialized logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement group strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries and markets.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
4. Understand and articulate GRIPX's value proposition and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the logistics and e-commerce industries.
8. Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
9. Participate in industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding group sales targets and building strong client relationships.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong understanding of the logistics and e-commerce industries, and the ability to stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
8. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
